Dr. Kim is great. He has done 2 root canals for me. I fell asleep during 1 off them... that should tell you something. I also love that he doesn't push percs on you afterwards. He and his staff are great and professional.

Dr. Kim was very professional. He diagnosed my condition and then thoroughly explained how he would go about addressing it. There were no surprises and he work was outstanding and relatively pain free.

I wish I didn't have to give low rating because the bedside manner in this office is really great and the doctor seems kind and respectful, but alas, this doctor costed me money, stress and lot of prolonged pain. They misdiagnosed an issue even with repeated advanced imaging. The doctor said three different diagnoses from one meeting to another, and proceeded to treat a tooth that in fact had long fracture and ultimately had to be removed. After my last treatment with him I kept complaining of pain and they just kept giving me antibiotic and steroids needleslly. I was even charged for imaging that later couldn't be read by other offices. Ultimately, due to expensive painful but unnecessary treatment this doctor provided on unsalvageable broken tooth, I maxed out my insurance for the year and then had to pay 2,500 out of pocket to another dentist that diagnosed the issue correctly. Due to also already paying all this money, I cannot afford to continue second half of my treatment until next year and will be missing my tooth all this time. After the new treatment there was also quite deep infection that was supposedly caused by the root canal that was too deep and affected my facial

10* for Dr Kim and staff. He’s done root canals in the past with amazing results and just evaluated another tooth which I was sure would end in another root canal. He offered a wealth of information and advice on how to handle my situation instead of jumping into an expensive procedure, which he could have easily recommended but he’s not about the money and all about helping his patients. I have much respect for him!

I had an infected tooth UNDER a 30 year old bridge. Having worked in the dental industry for over 25 years, I am very familiar with how difficult his work on my would be. He was excellent. Showed me where the infection was, why it was there, and exactly how he was going to fix my problem. I've had other root canal procedures in the past. This one is the most pain free by far. I will refer Dr. Kim to friends who might need his care. Well done.
